OUR SERVICES

At Olive Branch Facilities, we are committed to supporting individuals and families in transition. To participate in our program, applicants must have a source of income. A percentage of your household income will be used to support your stay.

Housing Options

We offer two housing programs:

House of Genesis

A ten-bed, hotel-like shelter accommodating small families and up to two animals.
Each family is assigned one parking spot for one vehicle. Additional vehicles can be parked at our storage facility for a monthly fee. All vehicles must be properly registered and in working condition.
Rooms include a family-size microwave, coffee pot, and medium-size refrigerator.

Exodus Program

A six-bed transitional housing facility where residents prepare to move into permanent housing.
While there is no time limit on your stay, residents must actively work toward transitioning to independent living to make room for new arrivals.

Meals and Amenities

We do not provide regular meals but offer a continental breakfast on a first-come, first-serve basis, featuring pastries, beverages, and fresh fruit.
Our case managers can assist you in accessing food assistance programs you may qualify for.
Laundry facilities are available by appointment. Residents must promptly remove clothes to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.

Family and Pet Requirements

Adults over 18 must supervise children at all times.
Residents with pets must ensure animals are walked, cleaned up after, and monitored to maintain safety and cleanliness.

Emergency Assistance

If you have lived in El Dorado Hills, California, for at least a decade and are facing an eviction or foreclosure emergency, please schedule an appointment on our website. A counselor will assess your situation and help coordinate your move into our shelter.

Moving Services and Storage

Moving services are available at $100 per hour for two movers. You can monitor and communicate with movers via our app.
Only movers are allowed to place belongings in the storage unit to ensure safety and proper documentation.
Storage units are available for $75-$250 per month, operating from 5 AM to midnight (Monday-Saturday).

Our Commitment

Although we are a Christian-based organization, employment or participation does not require adherence to the Christian faith. All employees and residents must abide by rules ensuring dignity and respect for everyone.
Our mission is to provide affordable housing solutions and help residents transition to permanent homes, including single-family houses, apartments, or townhouses.

Program Guidelines

Residents must maintain scheduled appointments with their caseworkers throughout their stay. Failure to do so may result in program ineligibility.
